By far the best student living experience I have had while in Waco. There were very few issues, especially compared to many other student living options. And any issues that arise were promptly taken care of.

The actual location was perfect for me to go to Baylor and also work late nights, without having to worry about traffic, and the management maintains the outward appeal of the landscape and the parking areas. Very clean and very safe- I am so grateful I lived here as my first experience renting an apartment- a very well spent two years living here!

I have been a resident at Oso Verde since August 2023 and I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my time as a resident here. While there have been some minor issues, there has never been anything very serious. Whenever there is an issue, Madison in the front office is always on top of her game. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the residents and I know I can always count on her to assist me with any issues or questions I may have. People like Madison make Oso a very welcoming and comfortable place to live!
